Mandatory Trustee Candidate Orientation TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2020 (1-4 P.M)
Candidates allowed to Withdraw up to FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2020
Candidates to be certified by THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2020

  • Note:  Candidates will be notified of results by mail after this date
  • Certified candidates can request info to mailed to poll list employees
  • Certified candidates can submit a bio (pitch) to be put on our website

Primary ballots to be mailed on THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2020
Ballots must be received at AAA by FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 2020
Ballots Counted at AAA on FRIDAY, APRIL 3, 2020
Primary Ballots to be sealed on FRIDAY, APRIL 3, 2020

  • Note:  Candidates will be notified of results by mail after this date

  Final Election Ballots to be mailed on MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2020

  • Note:  Final Election will be held if no candidate receives greater than 50% of the votes
