Notice: In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, The Retirement Systems’ office is closed to visits from the public. These changes are necessary to implement the Governor’s recommendations regarding social distancing and public gatherings and are effective immediately. We regret any inconvenience this may cause our members, but we do so for the health of our staff and members. In order to keep all our members and staff safe during this unusual time, we encourage you to please mail or email any forms to our offices in order to reduce the amount of contact between staff and members.   Most forms are available online for printing and can be emailed to us at  Retirement application packets are also available online as we are not scheduling appointments until further notice.  These packets can be emailed to the retirement system at   We will still be able to answer your questions by phone.  We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause but we are committed to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff.
